History of Aviation

The Brea Museum and Heritage Center will host an exhibit from July 3 to September 18 on the history of early aviation in the United States - with an emphasis on Southern California.  The exhibit will consist of historical photos and documents and a walk-in diorama booth featuring the January 1910 Air Meet at Rancho Dominguez Field, the first-of-its-kind air show held in the United States.  The Museum is located at 495 S. Brea Boulevard (corner of Brea and Elm).  Admission is free.  The Museum is open on Saturdays from 10:00 to 3:00 and by appointment (714-256-2283).
